Fit, sizing and everyday use

Available in Junior and Adult sizes. To fit, place the mouthguard in hot water as directed in the instructions, then insert using the fitting cradle and centre it on the upper teeth. Press, suck and shape with fingers and tongue for a close fit, then cool in cold water. Check the fit and repeat the process if needed.
